The room type, number of rooms, the name and contact information of the person who books the room or checks in are required if you book room(s) via telephone, fax, email or other approaches.According to Personal Information Protection Act, the Hotel is obligated to protect the personal information of our guests and shall never reveal it for any purposes beyond the use of contract without guests’ consent.

A deposit (30% of agreed room price) is requested when booking a room. Guests shall pay it by the agreed payment method. The contract is made upon the prompt notice by the hotel.
The latest check-in time should be confirmed before 15:00 on the check-in date by both parties according to the policies of the Hotel unless alternative agreement is made. Please refer to Hotel Policy for the check-in and check-out time.
The changes of duration of accommodation, room type, number of rooms and room price are not allowed without the consent of the Hotel.
Guests shall notify the Hotel immediately if there is something wrong with the provided services such as the malfunction of the room facilities. Guests are requested to abide by the rules of hotel when using all facilities and are responsible for any damages made either by intentionally or by accident.

The deposit is not refundable if you fail to check in for no reason
* If you cancel a reservation at check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 100% of prepaid amount of your booking.
If you cancel a reservation within 1 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 80% of prepaid amount of your booking.
If you cancel a reservation within 2-3 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 70% of prepaid amount of your booking.
If you cancel a reservation within 4-6 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 60% of prepaid amount of your booking.
If you cancel a reservation within 7-9 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 50% of prepaid amount of your booking.
If you cancel a reservation within 10-13 days before check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 30% of prepaid amount of your booking.
If you cancel a reservation within 14 days ( including 14 ) from check-in day, the cancelling charge will be 0% of prepaid amount of your booking.
